Please note the following stipulations:

-Follow the "Maximum Loading Level" sign on the dumpster. Filling the dumpster above this level will result in additional charge to customer for a second dumpster and customer to remove overfilled items into the second unit.

 

-The following items are prohibited and should not be included in your rented dumpster: • Appliances (such as refrigerators, freezers, coolers, anything with Freon)

• Batteries of any kind

• Most electronics (such as computers, monitors, TVs, etc.)

• Tires (only accepted if cut into 4 pieces) • Hazardous waste, including asbestos, oil, liquid chemicals, or drums

 

-Inclusion of any of these items within the dumpster will result in additional fees responsible to the customer.

 

-For customers requesting dumpster placement in their personal driveways, Platinum Disposal Group is not liable for damage to driveway asphalt or other surfaces.

 

-For customers requesting dumpster placement on the street, please provide 75+ feet of clearance to allow ample room for your rental drop off and pick up.

 

-All residential customers must provide a valid Credit Card to keep on file at time of booking service. Your card will not be charged until services are complete.
